How you can contribute:

Provide support in HR data analytics by generating and consolidating data, creating reports from Workday HR system, and converting data into useful reports; improve HR data quality across the Group.
Responsible for headcount tracking, prepare HR monthly reports and PowerPoint presentation for management meetings.
Conduct payroll checking to ensure accuracy and assist in half-yearly payroll audit by external auditors by preparing reports and documents required
Work with Finance Department closely and prepare reports as required, such as Staff Cost report
Responsible for the administration of the Long Term Incentive (LTI) plan and the Share Options plan, including maintenance of records in the system, tracking of shares, generation of documentation etc.

Who we are looking for:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
At least 5 years of CB experience in a MNC, preferably in the financial industry
Used to working in a multi-cultural and fast-pace environment
Good knowledge on Workday HR system.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with functions such as Pivot Table and VLookUp
Good at preparing PowerPoint presentation
Collaborative and able to build strong rapport with the teams
Independent, self-initiated, able to work with tight deadlines
Number sensitive, detail-minded, accurate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
