Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate organization wide Performance and Development Councils (PDCs) to facilitate robust discussion and calibration of performance and development
  • Consolidate and deliver critical information on performance, development and multi rater feedback, in the form of individual dossiers to facilitate PDC discussions
  • Provide tracking and progress reports to HRBPs to help drive progression of the performance management cycle, including Performance Improvement Plans
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred with at least 2years of HR process knowledge is essential / may demonstrate proficiency in an area of HRspecialism e.g. rewards, recruitment
  • Prior experience of working with SAP/Workdayis desirable
  • Ability to plan, organise, coordinate, multitask and prioritise under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent
  • Comfortable working with data and analysis
  • Strong problem solving skills with a Can do attitude, focused on resolution.
  • Usestandard procedures and common sense to solve problems
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
