Purpose

Provides leadership to the talent acquisition team developing their capabilities and competencies. Partner with Director Talent Acquisition (TA) to develop functional recruiting strategies and act as a strategic recruiting partner to HR leadership within adidas Commercial Southeast Asia for all supporting functions.
