Duties & Responsibilities Develop sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts through strategic partnerships; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary Find, excite and engage passive candidates. Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the business Build and maintain strong network of potential candidates and external talent sources through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Manage data consistency and ensure sensitive data comply with current legislation and internal requirements Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns Lead / participate in related projects and provide support in general HR operations
Skills & Experience A good degree in HR with at least 8 years of relevant working experience Outgoing and possess good interpersonal & communication skills Independent and able to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment Proficient in MS Office
