Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey
  • Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts through strategic partnerships; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary
  • Find, excite and engage passive candidates. Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the business
  • Build and maintain strong network of potential candidates and external talent sources through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Manage data consistency and ensure sensitive data comply with current legislation and internal requirements
  • Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns
  • Lead / participate in related projects and provide support in general HR operations
  • Skills & Experience

  • A good degree in HR with at least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Outgoing and possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Independent and able to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
