  • Partner with assigned business leader to implement the organizations human resources strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains talents it needs to achieve business objectives.

  • Drive overall talent management needs. Such as manpower planning, project ramp-ups, organizations right-sizing.

  • Work with the functional HR leads to ensure new developments are adopted to improve the efficiency of the HR function.

  • Support end-to-end HR operations by partnering with Shared Services team to ensure flawless execution across the organization

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the middle managers on the people agenda.

  • Drive career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management.

  • To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Business/HR related degree with at least 12 years of relevant HR generalist or business partnering experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of HR practices, L&D, HR Analytics and reporting, organizational development & effectiveness.
  • Experience of working in a large organization with proven business partnering and project partnering skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple functional verticals under pressure and as per organizational priorities from time to time.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the other functional team members.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with drive to deliver excellent services.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic work environment and maintain a high degree of flexibility & confidentiality where required.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical level.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills,
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
