As a Senior Manager/Manager (HR Digital Ops Excellence), you will play an important role in designing digital services and operations to support SPs talent strategies and branding as Employer of Choice. You will oversee a team that provides reliable and quality digital HR services and operational support to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.

You are expected to lead your team to streamline and digitalise a range of HR processes and services to elevate the employee experience and increase team efficiencies. Key to success in the role is your ability to identify process or service inefficiencies and re-design or optimise business process, leveraging on technology and digital tools. You will also have opportunities to collaborate and solution with HR subject matter experts and business partners to develop new digital processes to support implementation of new programmes or policies.


  • At least 8 years HR experience across a spectrum of HR functions with good knowledge of best practices in HR technology and digital transformation, and proven success in a similar role

  • Strong conceptual and systems thinker with aptitude for data, data management and process design, complemented with a good dose of customer orientation

  • Dynamic, pro-active and resourceful individual who is able to manage complexities and tensions between process gains and customer needs

  • Demonstrated experience and track record in growing an engaged and cohesive team to deliver high standards of services

  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, UiPath, Power BI, Sharepoint collaboration and web application. Candidates without UiPath, Power BI or Sharepoint expertise must possess basic tech skills to quickly master these tools on the job.

  • IHRP Certified Professional and experience in Workday HCM are preferred

  • Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
