Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to Director, Executive Office, you will lead a team of Human Resource specialists to develop and drive key initiatives which include performance management, workforce and succession planning, manpower review as well as rewards and recognition. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, monitoring and implementing the full range of the full spectrum of HR functions and HR operations services to the Institute. In addition to the Human Resource, you will also oversee the Facilities and Admin departments.

Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Lead a team and drive the formulation, review and implementation of strategies, policies, processes and systems relating to HR matters in support of the Institutes strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies for leadership and talent management, and employee engagement to build an engaged and high performing workforce.
  • Develop and implement organization development initiatives to bring the Institute to the next level.
  • Drive HR business partnering, execute all HR initiatives and drive HR excellence.
  • Champion the Institutes culture and manage employee engagement matters.
  • Facilities

  • Oversee facilities management, project management, lease management and procurement of new property.
  • Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
  • Oversee administration, renovations, refurbishments, and maintenance.
  • Requirements:

  • University degree with about 10 15 years of relevant working experience in the HR field, with not less than 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Preferably with strong background and knowledge in the areas of performance management, compensation, talent management, and organization development.
  • Conversant with HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, planning and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically at the same time.
