Senior Manager, Recruiting, Asia Pacific

The Opportunity:

Recruiting sits at the heart of Unity's rapid business growth, and we are now hiring a talented regional Sr. recruiting manager to own and drive these activities for our APAC region. As an ambassador for Unity, you'll collaborate strategically and tactically with the global recruiting team and internal business customers as you attract, assess, and hire talent for every part of the region.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with a creative and passionate team that is actively engaged in Unity technology high growth landscape
  • Both independently and collaboratively, develop and deliver both strategic and tactical solutions to attract and hire talent wherever it is needed in the APAC region.
  • Partner with the Global Recruiting and Human Resources team cohesively on projects related to culture, engagement & organizational excellence.
  • Manage a world-class University program for the region.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team in driving the recruiting process from sourcing to candidate acceptance.
  • Negotiate and close candidates you are personally working with and advise your team in negotiating strategies as well.
  • Be viewed as a positive thought leader and one focused on customer excellence.
  • Focus on continuing to develop Unity's recruiting brand across the region and develop a social media strategy.
  • Provide leadership and direction to your team and peers, as well as cross-functional leadership to human resources partners as it relates to recruitment programs.
  • What we are looking for:

  • More than 10 years experience in a recruiting management role, managing a team of recruiters, university recruiter, sourcer and recruiting ops team, and partnering with and influencing senior executives.
  • More than 15 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding individual hiring targets while staying focused on quality, covering the country including Greater China, Japan, Korea, South APAC, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Strong business acumen around business and developments in (RT3D) real-time 3D, XR, VR, and gaming monetization domains.
  • Strong operational experience with reporting and data analysis, to drive strategy with strong influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience establishing credibility and trust with internal and external customers.
