Role Summary: The incumbent is part of the HR leadership team responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing BG HR strategies that are in line with overall business strategies and growth. Responsibilities: Job Scope Ensure the alignment of HR functions such as Resourcing, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations across operation units. Work closely with Business Units team members to ensure HR policies and procedures, initiatives and programs across different countries are aligned and in compliance with local laws and legislations. Champion programs to build company culture. Develop center of excellence and training center for the business. Execute key talent individual development plan. Job Requirements Degree in Human Resource or equivalent from reputable university. At least 10 years of proven HRBP experience in large MNC or international commodities trading houses. Good communication and engagement skills. Able to work effectively across diverse cultures and across multi-national teams spread across different markets In depth exposure to energy/ oil & gas industry is preferred. Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: A degree in the related job field. At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role. Willing to relocate to the job location.
