The Senior Manager, HR Technology and Digital Transformation will be an integral team member in the digitalization of the HR organization. The role will focus on leading the HR digitalization by optimizing processes, leveraging on technology and driving continuous improvement and automation within the HR organization with the end aim of creating efficiencies within HR and providing an enhanced user experience to employees and candidates.

HR Processes
Drive the establishment of a region HR Shared Service center for the SEA markets
Work with the respective Regional HR CoEs and Country HR to drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR Processes
Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through information systems changes and process optimization
Ensure HR processes meet local regulatory standards as well as internal audit (ERICA) requirements. Establish processes and a governance structure to ensure personal data privacy is maintained and protected
HR Systems
Drive the implementation of Sephora SEA HR Technology roadmap
Manage and oversee the existing Sephora SEA HR Technology landscape
Plan, direct and coordinate all HR Systems activities in alignment with Global, regional and local HR processes across the employee life cycle.
Manage in collaboration with Regional IT, Global HRIS and IT on technical & functional issues across the Global, Regional and Local systems.
Provide guidance on implementation process and change management to Regional and Local HR for roll out of any HR System(s). Ensure high level of data accuracy in Sephora HR Systems and Database
HR Reporting
Support the development of HR dashboards and establish systems, processes, and tools to ease management and updates of relevant dashboards and KPI tracking
Drive the completion of all HR reporting requirements, which include Sephora and LVMH reporting
Lead and own the interfacing of HR Data to Business Intelligence tools and software, e.g. DomoLead the optimization and streamlining of storing, consolidating and transfer of data between local, regional and global systems to support HR analytics and reporting
We would love to hear from you if you have
At least 8 years of HR Technology and Process experience obtained working in a multinational company in a regional capacity
Is aware and has an understanding of the overall current and future technological landscape
Experience in the retail sector or sectors which have shift work would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Has prior experience rolling out and managing HRMS, eg. SuccessFactors, Workday
Experience in project initiation, planning, execution, controlling, monitoring and closing at a multi-country geographic scope
Good understanding of all key HR Processes.
Strong communication (verbal and written) skill and an ability to effectively communicate, present and discuss analysis to effectively drive fact-based decision making across all levels of the organization. High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to strategic insights and perspective. Easily motivated by dynamic environment; Able to work independently, multi-task and enjoy working in fast paced environment
