About the job:

  • Consult with HR functions to develop the overall HR Strategy and framework
  • Ensure integrated HR change management and communications approaches are being developed and implemented
  • Drive & Deliver inclusion and diversity programs & human capital Strategy
  • Monitor overall effectiveness of HR programs and identify and analyze people related issues
  • Lead the engagement survey strategy and work with business leaders in the engagement space to evaluate and develop better communication strategies
  • Responsible to review & monitor talent succession planning & manpower needs
  • Develop innovative talent development strategies to address business needs
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of HR related experience required
  • Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must
