HR Business Partnering for SEA HUB Commercial teams (ORT, FRS, eCom, Brand and Sales) to develop & strengthen the right teams, leadership, culture & environment to support a best-in-class organization that furthers long term business strategy.
HR Business Partnering & Ops for SEA HUB Commercial
Manage the full range of day-to-day HR Partnering of core cycle and operations for the SEA HUB commercial teams on recruitment, on-boarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, promotions & adjustments, training & development, etc.
Manage key HR processes in alignment with HR policies and practices and work closely with HR COEs, i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, Rewards, as well as APAC and Global teams.
Maintain a close business partnering relationship with SEA HUB commercial teams to ensure that business needs and opportunities are addressed when developing or adopting HR strategie and initiatives or adopting HR initiatives that is relevant to the location .
Partner with SEA HUB Commercial leaders and teams for future-forward planning requirements such budget cycles, 3-5yearstrategic planning, workforce evolution & planning; and organizational design & development, including change Management processes.
Provide on the ground support to the SEA HUB commercial teams and work closely to drive engagement and retention initiatives to develop positive engagement and team spirit
Coach managers and mentor employees towards new systems, processes and leadership to drive effective change management (Mybest, GBS, Digital tools, etc.)
Review grievances, value violations, etc. and partner with the country teams to drive compliance and support continuous improvement.
HR Reporting, Controlling & Project Management for SEA HUB and SEA Markets
Develop, consolidate and report on key HR analytics and insights through People Metrices (Engagement Scores, Attrition data, Onboarding, NPS, etc ) to enable people decisions and action planning
Manage and report on monthly and annual People & FTE budgets, actual cost as well as reforecasts (offline as well as online through SAP Analytics Cloud)
Manage and track FTE and Organisational Blueprint trackers
Prepare People Business Review and Strategy decks
Project manage key regional projects and initiatives
COEs- Talent Acquistion, Talent Partnering, Rewards
Country HR Team
Global Sales -HR
Business Intelligence teams and Finance & FPA

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Project management experience preferable
English fluent (written and oral)
