Reporting directly to the Executive Director for Human Resources and with a global remit this role will see you working with key stake holders to develop a unified strategy.


We are now seeking for a SENIOR MANAGER - BUSINESS PARTNER



  • Work with local counterpart to deal with all overseas offices' HR matters including recruitment
  • Support all overseas employee relations or Performance Management issues
  • Handle all overseas staff mobility matters and to formulate related mobility policies
  • Support all HR overseas projects
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure key HR initiatives can be completed smoothly
  • Support all insurance / benefits renewal and revamped
  • Co-ordinate and work with local HR personnel to review all staff handbook



  • HR profession with 7-10 experiences
  • Experienced in playing a regional HR role in a sizable organizations
  • Good knowledge in employment regulatory requirements overseas including employee's mobility, payroll management and compensation & benefits etc.
  • Good business acumen, interpersonal, communication and people management skill
  • Proficiency in both English and Putonghua
