Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in full cycle of recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, recommending suitable candidates, job offering and on-boarding arranging;
  • Work as a business partner and communicate with business units heads to identify the recruitment needs and requirements;
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies including social media platforms, career seminars, campus recruitment, recruitment talk and job fair;
  • Collect HR-related market data, perform analysis and relevant statistics;
  • Prepare regular monthly HR reports including recruitment analysis, turnover, staff movement reports etc;
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably with exposure to retail, construction, property development or property management industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation and practices
  • Meticulous, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Be proactive with strong sense of commitment and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is a MUST
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Recourses Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
