Job Description



JOB PURPOSE


Responsible for providing human resources services across the Group which covers a broad range of human resources activities including implementation of HR policies, compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, talent development, performance management, staff relations, etc.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES


  • Manage all HR activities and the whole employee lifecycle to ensure smooth operations

  • Handle payroll and benefits activities, including regular monthly payroll, final payment, leave record maintenance, MPF administration, tax filing and medical program

  • Manage recruitment activities and develop effective talent acquisition strategies

  • Responsible for staff onboarding and exit formalities

  • Responsible for annual HR exercises such as performance appraisal, salary review and performance bonus distribution

  • Prepare HR reports with statistical analysis on regular basis

  • Assist and work with business managers on staff development, retention strategy and reward program

  • Assist to formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance

  • Ensure all HR documentations prepared and maintained in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist in staff activities and engagement programs

  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS


  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years experience in human resources function

  • Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other relevant law and regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently and handle multi-tasks

  • A good team player with high level of integrity

  • Positive work attitude and high learning ability

  • Well-versed in HRIS & MS Applications

  • Good spoken & written English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
