Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the daily operation ofHR & Admin team
  • Responsible forfull spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement
  • Administer monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, group insurance schemes, MPF and tax returns
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance the overall Human Resources effectiveness and efficiency when required;
  • Formulate HR policies and procedures, standardize the existing policies and practices, and implement HR best practices
  • Analyze statistical data andreports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and provide solutions for improvement
  • Evaluate the necessary staffing procedures and documents
  • Perform and implement annual cycles including performance evaluation, salary benchmark, bonus proposal, etc
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum5years ofrelevant experience,preferably gained in retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsibleand detail-minded
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word andExcel (Pivot table and Vlookup)
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Office location: Ngau Tau Kok
