The incumbent is required to perform as professional business partner formost focusingonend-to-end recruitment selection supports and also carry out other Human Resources functions, including but not limited toperformance management, staff movement, employee relations, payroll administration and reporting, review or develop HR policies for business development and any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- With at least 4 years or above relevant experience, preferably in retail/ catering/ food chain industry;
- With solid experienceof Recruitmentin mass labour industry is an advantage;
- Good team-player, self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Able to work in fast-pace working environment;
- Well versed in MPF regulations and HK Labour and related Ordinance;
- Good computer literacy and familiar with computerized HR system;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
