Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension and related administrative duties for on-boarding
Maintain and update recruitment database
Coordinate job fair and recruitment activities
Compile HR-related statistics, reports and recruitment surveys
Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and manage recruitment agencies
Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating, consolidating and maintaining record for data analysis, handling HR report and Org Chart update on regular basis
Participate in HR projects including performance review, appraisals, promotions, manpower planning and budgeting
Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years human resources experience in recruitment activities, exposure in beauty / retail industry is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail, time management and good communication skills
Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and good team player
Flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
