Job Description


Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, hiring proposal preparation and offer extension and related administrative duties for on-boarding



  • Maintain and update recruitment database



  • Coordinate job fair and recruitment activities



  • Compile HR-related statistics, reports and recruitment surveys



  • Follow up probation evaluation, contract renewal and manage recruitment agencies



  • Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating, consolidating and maintaining record for data analysis, handling HR report and Org Chart update on regular basis



  • Participate in HR projects including performance review, appraisals, promotions, manpower planning and budgeting



  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned



Requirements:


  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines



  • At least 3 years human resources experience in recruitment activities, exposure in beauty / retail industry is highly preferred



  • Strong attention to detail, time management and good communication skills



  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and good team player



  • Flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment.



  • Proficient in MS Office applications



  • Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin



  • Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer



  • Immediate available is highly preferred
