Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of campus recruitment, including graduate program and various internship programs
Monitor and handle recruitment and application processes, advertisement and recruitment days, offer-making and on-boarding
Maintain an accurate recruitment and employee databases, prepare reports for management review
Keep abreast of latest recruitment trends/channels, and provide recommendations to cope with business needs
Participate in system implementation projects
Support other HR projects as and when required

Qualifications & Experience required:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences in multinational business context
Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks to meet timeline
Energetic, detail-minded along with good organizational and tactful communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
