We are now inviting applications for the following position:
Report to Assistant Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will take charge of day-to-day C&B operations, including Payroll & MPF administration, Pension, Taxation, Injury on duty, Leave & Benefits administration;
Perform payroll reconciliation & related administration;
Compile and analyze HR data for management reporting;
Assist in HRIS enhancement;
Assist in developing & implementing HR projects;
Perform other HR duties as assigned by supervisors.
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
At least 5 years solid experience in handling full spectrum of C&B duties, preferably in sizable company / NGO;
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances; Positive thinker, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking; Highly self-motivated, strong problem solving, with supervisory and excellent presentation and communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; and
Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Immediate available is preferred.
