  • Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle from identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, assessing applicants to match with the job requirements, appointment and onboarding
  • Handle staff movement, contract renewal matters, staff termination and exit interview
  • Verify training application and reimbursement
  • Provide advice to business lines on HR related matters
  • Coordinate performance management exercise, staff training and employee relations activities
  • Produce analysis, manpower planning and periodical headcount status reports
  • Comply in-house rules and related HR legislation
  • Provide constructive guidance to subordinate on the achievement of tasks
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, preferably degree holder
  • At least 4 years' solid HR recruitment or generalist experience, preferably in which 1 year at supervisory level
  • Proficient in computer applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Hands-on experience in preparing analysis and reports by using MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of employment and related legislation
  • Highly sense of responsibility, work independently and under pressure
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • A team player, can-do attitude with high commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
