Coordinate and participate in recruitment process for non-managerial positions, preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews for junior roles, reference checks, and preparing offer proposal for management approval
Support the rolling out of HR initiatives including ER, CSR, and social activities
Support the implementation of Learning & Development tools and concepts.
Support annual performance management, promotions/salary adjustments, as appropriate, in accordance with rewards processes.
Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating and maintaining record in data sources/ HRIS, filing, monthly/ ad-hoc reporting, Org Chart update, P-File
Support ad hoc projects
Degree holder in business / Human Resources related disciplines
At least 4 years in relevant experience preferably in business partner role
Strong numerical sense, proactive, detail-minded, analytical, good interpersonal skills, good communication skills

Experience in handling production related frontline staff
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
