Responsibilities:
Lead local HRs under different legal entities within the Hong Kong Territories
Oversees a full spectrum of human resources functions for all business in Hong
Kong Territories including recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent
management, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations,
improving social dialogue, promoting gender diversity, as well as putting in place
an efficient HR reporting etc.
Responsible for all HR operational issues to ensure overall organizational
effectiveness and efficiency in HK Territory
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their business needs
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to align with local business
needs and corporate HR strategies
Ensure HR policies are compliance with the Employment Ordinance legal
requirement
Support of HR operations in time of reorganization, new legal entity setup and/or
merger and acquisition


Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
A minimum of 15 years of human resource managerial experience gained in
multinational organizations with proven track record preferably in sizable
manufacturing or construction companies
Ability in counseling/advising in employment-related matters
Well-versed with Hong Kong employment ordinance and other related laws and
legislation
Self-motivated, presentable with strong business acumen
Strong consultative, decision making, organizational, communication and
leadership skills
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
