Requirement
- University degree
- 10 years of relevant HR experience in banking / securities / financial institutions
- Sound knowledge in securities, include SFC 1,4,6,9 services.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to designated client portfolio on workforce planning, organizational restructures, performance/talent management, succession planning and other people agenda.
- Add value to overall business objectives, provides HR solutions, resolves personnel grievances, retains a talented workforce, and ensures compliance with regulations and core HR processes are applied appropriately
- Excellent analytical, organizational and people management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
