Within the global headquarter in Hong Kong, Chairman has innovatively created new Senior Human Resources Manager role to monitor business operation and human capital affairs within the organization.
Our client is a highly reputable and rapidly expanding Chinese-owned Shipping Company with business and service ports around the world. In order to keep the whole business on the same track and engaged employees in different service locations, Chairman has created this new role to bridge the communication between headquarter and other locations in the Human Resources Management and Business Management perspectives.
Reporting directly to the Chairman based in Hong Kong headquarter, the selected Senior Human Resources Manager will closely work with all business heads, travelling to different service locations to investigate in their operations needs and any Human Capital related affairs. Frequent travel is needed for this position as there are over 15 service locations around the world. The Senior Human Resources Manager will formulate improvement plans and different incentive programmes to enhance the morale within the organization and maintain company image.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 10 + years HR Leadership experience within
- Willing to travel frequently (over 50%)
- Strong analytical and numerical sense
- Innovative and willing to change
