Job Description

Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

Partner managers to support on people and organizational needs; facilitate talent reviews, succession management, organizational designs, performance management.

Review and implement people policies and procedures and ensure that practices are in full compliance with the local legislation, regulations, and provisions

Coach, guide and counsel managers and employees on process and policies

Manage disciplinary matters and grievance hearings in compliance with PerkinElmer Code of Business Conduct and employment laws

Identify, recommend, implement/facilitate appropriate people development activities to facilitate individual, team and organizational needs

Participate in regional and global programs as identified from time to time

Talent Attraction and Management

Responsible for talent acquisition actions that are aligned to business needs; responsible for complete flow of recruitment processes (posting of job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates and etc.),

Utilize creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.

Partner with people managers to identify and recommend appropriate people and leadership development actions as part of talent review, performance management, and employee experience programs.

Collaborate with the talent management and learning CoE (Center of Expertise) to implement local, regional and global development programs

Implement employee health initiatives as part of sustainability and wellbeing

Lead the organizational units on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion actions to create belonging and engagement

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree with 8 -10 years relevant experience.

Prior specialization in a HR field (talent attraction, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations) would be highly advantageous.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Demonstrated ability to multi task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Experience in HR tools like Workday would be advantageous

Solid understanding of HR practices and local employment law

Experience with work permit applications

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups

Flexible and resourceful with a can do attitude.

Positive, energetic and self-motivated individual

Strong analytical skills
