Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum of HR

In charge of recruitment matters

Handle onboarding and offboard matters

Review and draft HR policies

Involved in Compensation and Benefits (i.e. salary benchmarking and performance management)

Liaise with payroll vendors

Advise stakeholders

Participate in employment engagement initiatives

Any adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in relevant studies

At least 3 year of working experience

Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines

Self motivated
