Our Hong Kong-based ISS Facility Services Limited employs more than 15,500 staff and is one of the largest integrated facility services companies in Hong Kong. To cope with our rapid expansion in Hong Kong, ISS Facility Services is seeking high caliber candidate to fill the following position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist for payroll HR administration works such as data input, employee attendance, salary calculation, leave management, etc.
  • Update and maintain staff records in the HR management system
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • With solid CB experience in payroll and benefit administration process is preferred
  • Fresh graduated will also be considered
  • With knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF and related regulation
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing especially EXCEL
  • Working location in Quarry Bay
  • Immediate available is preferred
