Roles & Responsibilities

H3 Dynamics is looking for a Senior Human Resources & Administration Manager (new position):

This role will be to manage our growing Singapore office and help manage the HR & Administration office. Some of the duties will be (but not limited to):

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice..
  • Review employees expense reports.
  • Preparing office budgets.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • HR & Administration Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Min. 5 years of experience as an Senior HR Manager.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • International work experience.
  • Previous experience managing their own team is preferred.
