Full Spectrum of HR functions

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Nurture a positive working environment

Maintaining and revising Companys handbook on policies and procedures

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Must be able to review insurance policies and make recommendations to the Company

Plan, lead, direct, develop HR policies and create recreational activities for the Company

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources Experience preferably in the Construction or Engineering sector

Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Experience in handling Initial Public Offering (IPO) duties or Listed company will be added advantage
