Roles & Responsibilities

twentyfive is a Singapore-based pet care consumer company and controls 2 main assets - Perromart, our flagship brand which is the number one e-commerce pet care platform in Southeast Asia & our branded goods business that we export globally. We have 3 main brands - Paw Made (accessories), HEKA (dog food) and NAMA (cat food).

With our plans for expansion, we are looking for an experienced People Lead to drive organisational effectiveness and a high performing culture across all of our business units at scale.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle in a scaling organisation, aligning the people strategy with the organisations business goals and growth plans.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the People Operations team for both Singapore and Malaysia, in overseeing perromart, the brands business and our healthcare venture
  • Lead organisational employer brand design and people strategies that are aligned with the companys vision and mission
  • Be the culture champion of the people and the organisation
  • Work closely with different stakeholders and act as the thought-leader across all the business units in areas of of resource planning, people engagement, performance management and talent development
  • Analyse and execute data-driven decisions in people management by driving internal and external surveys and feedback sessions
  • Lead the execution of key culture and engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate conflict resolution management within the organisation
  • Ensure the correct processing of all payroll requests
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees
  • Assist in all situations (claims, requests, audits) for and by local labor, social security, and any other authorities pertaining to employment
  • Ability to execute the border human resources framework that will pro-actively scan and diagnose organisational needs and proactively provide solutions and proposals
  • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of the equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of People operations/HR management experience
  • Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent
  • Highly adaptable and experienced in implementing HRMS and other best practices
  • Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experienced working in a highly matrixed organisation and with regional cross-functional teams
  • Strong reasoning, critical thinking required
  • Must be results oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
