Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Human Resources Manager for 25 Holdings (Perromart)

Perromart is the No.1 Pet Care e-commerce company in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan with operational support functions across Asia.

The company plans to expand its retail presence to key ASEAN markets. At the same time, Perromart aims to grow its Branded pet care range into a global brand through its platform with a vision of becoming the No.1 Pet Care Brand in the world.


The primary areas of responsibility for this role will be to:

  • Work closely with the Head of the business units to build a talent pipeline to facilitate their team culture and business objectives
  • Ability to budget and resource allocate while setting up the companys HR framework
  • Ability to execute the border human resources framework that will Pro-actively scan and diagnose organizational needs and proactively provide solutions and proposals
  • Analyze different business units to propose and review compensation and benefits schemes
  • Form insights between business and organization to design the overall organization strategy and action plan
  • Oversee and implement HR policies, programmes, and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
  • Attract and retain key talents to continually upgrade the organization capability
  • Constantly review HR structures and policies as the business grows regionally
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve and build a strong company culture
  • Design and lead change management programs to foster the development in the organization
  • Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of Human Resource Management experience from a high-tech company
  • Proven capability and acumen in business, organization, and talent
  • Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong communicative and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level

  • Strong reasoning, critical thinking required. Must be results-oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
  • Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in one of the following: Human Resources Management, Human Resources, and Organisational structures or equivalent. A masters degree would be preferable.
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office using data to drive business decisions through heavy analytics
  • Supported senior leaders in a high matrix environment
