Roles & Responsibilities
  • Position : Senior Human Resource Executive - East
  • Location : Paya Lebar
  • Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM / Friday 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + 14 Days AL (Every year additional 1 day, up to 21 Days)

  • Responsibilities:

    The Senior HR Executive is the key personnel handling all HR matters in the company, reporting to the Corporate Service Manager.


  • Develop, implement and maintain a robust and effective human resources management system that is in line with the statutory requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining HR software system - JustLogin
  • Conduct employee counselling, handling employee grievances/ conflicts and disciplinary issues
  • Works with the business units to assess staffing requirements and help in the development of strategic staffing plans.
  • Works with line managers to provide support and guidance on the companys HR system as well as legislations requirements.
  • Administration: manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.
  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.
  • Recruitment

  • Review, develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process to recruit the people with right fit.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Carry out orientation and on-boarding process
  • Carry out off-boarding and exit processes
  • Payroll

  • Accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Timely submissions to statutory boards eg CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.
  • Leaning and Development
  • Manage employees training and development journey in the company.
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for training needs
  • Assist in the submission of all relevant training proposal and grants to the relevant statutory boards.

  • Review company benefits package
  • Review, develop and implement a new Performance Management System
  • Work with and train line managers
  • Any other ad hoc HR related duties required from time to time and/ or according to the statutory requirements.


  • More than 5 years of HR working experience is preferred.
  • Possess Human Resource of related Degree
  • Must possess strong working knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Experienced in handling employee grievances and conflicts
    Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
