Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose Statement

To provide full spectrum of Human Resources function but not limited to operational function of the company including activities in developing and implementing of HR policies, employee relations/discipline matters, employee retention, training & development, compensation & benefits, recruitment activities and other HR related duties.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Drive HR strategies to align with corporate plans and objectives, inclusive of reviewing HR policies, practices
  • Ensure compliance with applicable human resource related legal and regulatory requirement
  • Partner with various business unit to ensure excellent service delivery and execute the human resource initiative and strategies in relation to all HR matters and functions including on / off boarding, recruitment, benefits, and compensation etc.
  • Drive and implement training and development programs, and to ensure training meets business requirements
  • Manage end to end process for all work pass applications and renewal
  • Perform and oversees daily workflow of HR and Admin tasks
  • Ensure smooth implementation and to maintain appropriate HR systems
  • Manage and upkeep all employees records and personnel files in safe and confidential manner
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on ad-hoc basis.

    Relevant tertiary qualifications

    Job Requirement

    At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong background and expertise in multiple HR specialties

    Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with management and staff.

    Demonstrate ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.

    Strong analytical thinking and communications skills both written and verbal.

    Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations

    Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

    Resourceful, independent and meticulous with strong desire to learn

    Able to work in an agile environment

    Possess excellent attention to detail, quick learner and team player

    Ability to quick learn the talent management system (SF Factor)

    Possess some Financial skills
