To provide full spectrum of Human Resources function but not limited to operational function of the company including activities in developing and implementing of HR policies, employee relations/discipline matters, employee retention, training & development, compensation & benefits, recruitment activities and other HR related duties.

Relevant tertiary qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong background and expertise in multiple HR specialties
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with management and staff.
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and communications skills both written and verbal.
Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Resourceful, independent and meticulous with strong desire to learn
Able to work in an agile environment
Possess excellent attention to detail, quick learner and team player
Ability to quick learn the talent management system (SF Factor)
