Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions
  • Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc
  • Manage monthly payroll, CPF, IRAS submission
  • Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
  • Manage holiday calendars and leave balance
  • Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding
  • Respond to external/internal requests for information
  • Support delivery of reports within scope
  • Manage medical claims and clearance
  • Review salary bands and benefits and make recommendations
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Submission of government-paid claims and waivers
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Handle all application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Well versed in Employment Act and latest recommendations by government authorities
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies
  • Assist in any other tasks assigned
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resource administration required
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships
  • Possess willingness to learn
  • Good team player
