Roles & Responsibilities


  • We have an opening for a People and Culture Senior Business Partner who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure in a hyper-growth environment in Singapore.
  • Reporting to Head of People Partnering, the successful candidate will be supporting our managers through a mixture of strategy development and execution of people programs and initiatives, creating a high-performance environment for Circles.Life during our hyper growth, and ensuring alignment of our organisational strategy with our people strategy and using data to develop best practices derived from first principles
  • S/he will be expected to coach and advise managers on how to build high performing and engaged teams including talent review, team development/career planning, succession planning, recognition, employee relations concerns, performance management, leaves of absence, local labor laws, global mobility, compensation and benefits.
  • Ideally, this person should also be knowledgeable about M&A and post merger integration
  • This is a group-level role based in Singapore

  • Partner with People Programs, People Operations, Graduate Career, Performance Management and Total Rewards.
  • Partner with Tech leaders and develop Learning & Development strategy
  • Recruiting, Inclusion and Diversity and Education to develop programs that continually elevate the caliber of Circles.Life.
  • Analyse people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs.
  • Be the catalyst for process improvements in ongoing operations and programs to scale smoothly through our next phase of growth.

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience, at least 3 of which in HR, with recent experience in a business partnering capacity
  • Someone passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management.
  • A business partner who deeply understands Circles.Lifes strategy and aligns it with the engineering organizations structures, processes, initiatives and processes.
  • A strategist and scaler, who can connect the dots between where were going and how we need to nudge the organization to get there.
  • Proven experience with M&A and post merger integration preferable
