Job Description

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, selection, performance review, retention manpower planning , training as well as employee relations.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties in the human resource department.
  • Monitor and update workers attendance and manage the TMS system.
  • Maintain and monitor the e-leave system.
  • Manage and handle employment matters including foreign employees work pass matters.
  • Perform monthly payroll.
  • Manage vehicle tracking reports.
  • Handle and manage security services and alarm system.
  • Handle renewal of certificates, contracts, advertisements and insurance policies.
  • Handle application of training courses and grants.
  • Enforce and monitor new policies and procedures.
  • Perform filing and other administrative duties.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in HRM/Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR related fields.
  • Able to write and converse in English & Chinese effectively.
  • Good IT knowledge and proficient in HR payroll system an advantage.
  • Preferably have experience in working with all levels of employees.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and a good team player.
  • Have good understanding of Singapore employment law & practices.
