Job Description


Business partnering

  • Engage Line Managers in HR initiatives and activities
  • Understand and propose HR initiatives to support the Business Unit Annual Business Plan
  • Understand and be part of the manpower planning process for the business units
  • Participate in monthly Safety meetings and Communication sessions

Talent Acquisition

  • Senior HRBP - End to end Business partnering of recruitment activities for Manpower Requisition base on department recruitment needs. From attracting potential candidate by using the most feasible platform (E.g. Job portals, agency or selected websites) to short listing for department head review, arranging for interview, evaluating selection of suitable candidate and proposal of package to candidate.
  • Senior HR Executive - End-to-end recruitment cycle for blue collar workers and coordinating with HRSS team and Department Admin staff for vaccination and other Covid 19 related matters for blue collar workers.

Learning & Development (For Business Unit)

  • Review relevance and advise for department learning plan of staff
  • Engage Department heads to get their staff participate in Learning activities
  • Monitor and track progress to ensure staff are going for their planned training

Employee Engagement

  • Partner department head in communicating results to department
  • Work with department heads to improve on overall engagement of department

Performance Management

  • Engage Line Managers by prompting on employees performance setting, confirmation, 1st year anniversary review
  • Be involve in Performance Management reviews in the performance cycle
  • To coordinate and track on Performance Improvement Plan of the employees under the Business Unit

Contract Management

  • Developing a framework on managing contractors
  • Establishing a tracking system for contractors (planned vs actual)
  • Developing a Process management map
  • Communicating and cascading of information with business units regarding contractor management
  • Reviewing and assessing the current clocking system for contractor, looking into how to improve the current system to fulfil internal stakeholders requirements
  • Exploring automation of processes
  • Maintaining a contractor database for better management


  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of extensive recruitment experience in construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in handling foreign workers in construction/ manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
  • Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a HRBP business units in large companies (preferably in construction or manufacturing industry) will be consider as Senior HRBP position.
  • Good working knowledge of HR law, especially Singapore Employment Act, and HR practices and procedures.
