About the position:

The Senior HR Specialist is primarily responsible for the liaising with DSVs employee and coordinating with all BU, identifying employee issues and challenges, ad etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, training, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems, and other HR activities.
  • Process all payroll matters including NS pay, tax clearance, CPF submission, ensure integrity of Payroll system.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that it is compliance with the Employment Law.
  • All HR administrative work related to new hired such as onboarding, work pass application, employee account creation via in-house HR System.
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities to ensure employee productivity.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, managers and management on human resource and work-related issues to build a conducive working environment.
  • Administer all work permits pertaining to foreign employees (WPOL & EPOL).
  • Assist in annual appraisal exercise, and salary review computation.
  • Be Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/ management deem fit.
  • To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • Demonstrated HR Management. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Should also possess good people skills and a team player. Strong problem-solving ability. Capacity to manage emotions and maintain an effective team environment.
