Responsibilities:
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations promotion & confirmation etc
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Handling administration of all contract labor
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the HR Manager
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines
Compiling monthly management reports and statutory surveys
Staff Orientation and Administration
Performance Appraisal Administration
Update employee records in PeopleWise system
Ensure that data in Time Attendance system is uploaded to HR system
Support CSR program and company events
Work with business units and staff in providing value added advice, support and services
Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
Employee welfare Compensation, Benefit packages, Insurance matters & Recreation activities
Other ad hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
