Summary of Job Responsibilities
You will be playing a pivotal role as part of our HR Operations Team in the management and administration of processes and systems relating to safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees in the post-pandemic environment.
Due to the constantly evolving Covid situation, this role requires the incumbent to work closely with other HR functional teams and other internal as well as external stakeholders, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of processes such as the regular testing regimes, vaccination and testing records maintenance, as well as administrating in-house testing scheduling systems. Keep abreast with the current Covid developments and government measures and guidelines. Subject matter expert on Covid-related systems and processes. Support day-to-day Covid related tasks such as: Update records in the system if requiredSupport departments and HRBP on Covid related matters (e.g. employee vaccination, RRT)Liaise with 3rd party vendors such as our swab test medical vendorUpdating of monthly calendar for swab test bookingsTroubleshoot vaccination and swab test systems SME for covid related system enhancements and process review/streamlining whenever necessary. Conduct requirements gathering with the relevant stakeholders for Covid-related system and process enhancements Perform user acceptance testing for Covid-related systems enhancements
Assist with the maintaining of HR reports and dashboards, editing, addressing and resolving issues regarding the Cognos Analytics system. Assisting on issues related to HR reports and dashboards Assist with the new and existing reports and dashboards based on business needs Assist with the gathering of relevant survey information from various stakeholder for government survey submissions
Education & Certification Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or any related discipline
Experience Minimum of 3-5 years working experience
Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of end users to provide technical/functional support Have good understanding of HR processes and priorities Able to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills required Ability to effectively and proactively identify and resolve issues Experience with handling HRIS systems a plus Experience with BI tools such as Cognos, tableau a plus
