This is an exciting where you will join a growing organization that has their focus now on People Analytics. Reporting to the HR Analytics and PMO lead, you will be working closely to support APAC markets for the HR Analytics function. You will play an instrumental role to oversee the HRIS landscape. Manage the function in alignment with HQ and regional HR processes. Support the development of HR dashboards and establish systems, processes, and tools to ease management and updates of relevant dashboards and KPI tracking. Expand the organization's HR analytics landscape in emerging analytical approaches, skills and technologies, focusing them on human capital agenda. Define HR data and analytics strategy practices, lead the development of HR analytics strategy. Institute a HR data model that is consistent with the capabilities and competencies required to execute the strategy. Support HRIS projects. Design and establish HR metrics dashboards to formulate HR data analysis and raise organizational capabilities.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 years of working experience including HR consultancy or corporate HR analytics/ HRIS background. Experience in a regional capacity is required with a strong domain knowledge in HR. You will have experience with HR analytics tools including Qlikview, Tableau etc. Excellent project management skills with a passion for data management. You will have a strategic mindset to support both regional and global projects where required. Ability to manage stakeholders across various levels in the business. Proven track record of managing complexities in a matrix organization structure.
