\tThis position will manage the daily Human Resouces operations to ensure all the processes are administered in accordance with Nikes global process and policy and local statutory requirements. Also responsible for answering employees queries in a timely and professional manner, routing them to the appropriate individual as necessary while tracking all customer contact in the internal corporate database in accordance with global process & policy.
\tWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
\tOn any given day you might be flexible to perform onsite Human Resouces administrative or transactional work such as creating Verification Of Employment or p-filing as required from time to time. You will also assist on preboarding, onboarding, and exit activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance to Nike global process and local statutory requirements. Other tasks will include supporting local government reporting processes such as overtime agreements, ability hiring, and year-end tax finalization. You will also administer health and safety requirements with external industrial doctors and organize internal committee. You need to handle sensitive and confidential employee information. You ensure advice provided to employees complies to company policies and procedures and statutory laws and regulations.
\tWHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
\tThis role (based in Tokyo, Japan) will be a member of the Asia Pacific HR Shared Services team reporting to the Territory Operations Consultant in Tokyo. You will also be working with other local stakeholders such as Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Payroll. Also partnering closely with cross-functional HR operational teams such as benefits, compensation, workforce administration & compliance to drive process improvements as appropriateWHAT YOU BRING
\t Proficient in English and Japanese verbal and written
\t At least 8 years relevant work experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services environment; in a multinational or outsourcing or shared service environment is preferred
\t Team player, customer service-oriented, effective communication skills and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
\t Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals and objectives
\t Analytical, meticulous, and able to perform independently
\t Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
\t Working knowledge of HRIS (e.g. SAP, WorkDay) or ticket management system (e.g. ServiceNow) would be an advantage
