They currently have 3 HR in their local HR team but they are looking for a high calibre individual to join as Senior HR Officer to involve in various recruitment activities. Description

  • Be in charge of recruitment life cycle for front line and back office positions, including job advertisement posting, interview logistics and on-board arrangement
  • Compile HR reports for management review such as budgeting and turnover report
  • Plan, design and execute recruitment activities (e.g. career fair, recruitment day)
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and market research in relations to talent acquisition
  • Maintain staff record, update HR and e-Leave system and prepare various kind of HR reports
  • Be the key contact point between HR and other departments to liaise with their needs
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects






Profile

  • Must possess a degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related principles
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office Word
  • Personality wise: mature, detail minded, sensitive to numbers that can deliver in tight time line
  • Immediately Available is an added advantage
