Implement employee engagement programs including but not limited to employee events, employee surveys, focus groups, employee publications and communication videos to boost employees morale and commitment as well as to enhance the positive working environment.
Perform and handle the full spectrum of recruitment functions including attracting, sourcing, screening and hiring of right candidates to drive operation efficiency.
Collaborate with operation managers to understand the manpower needs and selection criteria.
Direct sources for talent through social media, employee referrals, external partnership, sourcing tools and other innovative channels.
Prepare various reports and analysis for management review.
Collect legislative information and market data to ensure the compliance of regulation and the competitiveness of remuneration package.
Prepare project plans with clear communication and ensure timelines are met.
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Degree holderin Human Resources Managementor related disciplines.
Minimum 5-year relevant experience preferably in F&B / Retail industry with focus in mass recruitment and employee engagement. Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer.
Passionate, proactive, independent, good organization skill and strong sense of responsibilities.
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
