Our client is a well-known international full-service property investment company, mainly specializing in Real Estate Development & Investment. They have offices around Asia, Middle East and London. They offer an all rounded service to their clients to ensure that their investments are well researched and that long-term relationships are formed with all stakeholders throughout each partnership.. This position offers the opportunity for people who are aggressive about taking on an immense challenge and would also like to maximize their potential in the international property investment market. You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR and international teams with daily operations and coordination.You would be involved in all aspects of the business and also increase your network of senior level people in various countries.. Job Duties. The candidate will manage and have full responsibility for Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting & Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Policy & Procedures development and Employee Relations/Engagement while also supporting the HR Team. Managing all Payroll for the Hong Kong and overseas offices, including coordination of preparation and execution (i.e. payroll, commission review, tax filling, leave management). Conduct continuous review HR policies and procedures for sustainable organizational growth and success. Lead and manage key HR projects from end-to-end to meet the diverse needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Conduct market research and benchmark for updated market information and human resources best practices for human resources projects. Job Requirements. University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional level in HR Management. Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in C&B, preferably in sizable corporations. High level of integrity, able to work independently and able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills, presentation, planning, and people management skills. Mature, good team spirit, customer centric, with strong cultural sensitivity. Excellent command of English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly preferable.
