About Our Client

Our client is a well-known, listed European health care company. With their strong business focus in Hong Kong and Europe, they are looking for candidate who has solid C&B background to streamline their HR operation and cope with the regional HR projects.

Job Descriptions

  • Handle employee benefits programmes for Hong Kong and Europe offices and work with local HR on benefit reviews
  • Research and analyse data to compile HR reports and statistics
  • Prepare HR reports on a regular basis for both local and regional management review
  • Assist in C&B projects such as manpower and budget planning
  • Update and maintain accurate staff information and records on HRIS
  • Engage in employee relations
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business units growth
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, MPF and tax filing
  • Perform other ad-hoc task as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of employment ordinance
  • Detail-minded with good numeric sense
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
