Our client, a retail company, is now looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their professional team.
Mainly support office recruitment issues, from job ad posting, cv screening to interview, offer confirmation and contract signing
Conduct orientation and exit interviews
Responsible for C&B administration including but not limited to payroll and final payment calculation
Handle MPF administration, insurance and leave management
Monitor and update HR system and personnel files
Provide general administrative support to the team
Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports
Diploma or above in Human Resources Manager or related disciplines
At least 4 years and above solid HR experience
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
Proficiency with MS Office
Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight timelines
