Handle the internal human resources administration duties, such as payroll, final payments, employee compensations, sick leave calculation, work injury handling, tax return, etc. for the entire group
Maintain and update the record of the employees into the HR systems
Handle the attendance and leave record for company staff
Prepare HR reports for management review and analysis
Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources / Administration or related disciplines
3 to 7 years HR working experience for CB function, preferably with payroll experience for front line staff
Familiar with the final payment, employee compensation, sick leave calculation and 713 ordinance and Labour Ordinance
Excellent in Excel calculation
With "can-do" attitudes and able to work under pressure
